Tasting Notes

Nose

Grain-forward and bright on the nose, opening with roasted corn and warm pecan. Underneath are layers of vanilla, caramel and toasted graham cracker — sweet, smoky and familiar.

Palate

Rich and full-bodied with a silky texture. Notes of roasted nuts and creamy caramel lead into hints of brûléed sugar, cinnamon bark and baking spice. Balanced and dry with flashes of shortbread and toasted oak.

Finish

Long and warming. Caramelized corn and orchard fruit fade into a smooth blend of roasted pecan, peppered spice and a subtle touch of pipe tobacco.

Color

Deep copper with amber undertones — rich, warm and reflective of its pecan finish.

We begin with a high-rye straight bourbon aged for at least two years — through blazing Oklahoma summers and bitter winters. Each barrel earns its depth from time, heat and a heritage of rugged persistence.

Step 2

ADD A SIGNATURE FINISH

Our finishing process infuses the whiskey with native pecan wood and shells, added directly to the barrel. It’s a local tradition that brings warmth, richness and a distinct nutty character you won't find in ordinary finishes.

Step 3

BOTTLE THE MOMENT

For this limited release, we taste and select each barrel to match the bold profile we launched with — then hand-number every bottle and seal it in a custom racing-inspired design. The result: a whiskey worthy of the starting line and built to outlast the checkered flag.
