Corn-forward and grain-rich at first whiff, opening to warm nutty aromas layered with caramel, vanilla and toasted graham cracker — like a fireside s'more.
Smooth and full-bodied with an oily mouthfeel. Roasted peanuts and pecans lead the charge, joined by notes of caramelized sugar, crème brûlée, cinnamon hard candy and baking spice. Sweet yet structured, with a nod to pecan pie and spiced shortbread.
Mid-dry, warm and lingering. Sweet corn and caramel fade into waves of roasted nuts and subtle orchard fruit, closing with a soft wisp of pipe tobacco and a whisper of spice.
Deep copper with warm amber highlights, hinting at richness and depth.
Step 1
We begin with straight bourbon that’s already exceptional on its own, aged for a minimum of two years through blazing summers and freezing winters. Each barrel develops rich layers of caramel, spice and oak, true to the bourbon tradition.
Step 2
Then we do something uniquely Land Run. We add native Oklahoma pecan wood and pecan shells directly into the barrel and let it rest, allowing these ingredients to infuse the whiskey with subtle nuttiness and a signature flavor you won’t find anywhere else.
Step 3
Barrel by barrel, our distillers taste and test, searching for the perfect balance of oak, grain and pecan richness. When it’s just right, we bottle a spirit that’s smooth enough to sip neat, bold enough for your favorite cocktail and always meant to be shared.
