Step 1
We begin with straight rye whiskey that’s already exceptional on its own, aged for a minimum of two years through blazing summers and freezing winters. Each barrel develops rich layers of spice, oak and grain character, true to the rye tradition.
Step 2
Then we do something uniquely Land Run. We add native Oklahoma pecan wood and pecan shells directly into the barrel and let it rest, allowing these ingredients to infuse the whiskey with subtle nuttiness that complements the rye’s natural spice.
Step 3
Barrel by barrel, our distillers taste and test, searching for the perfect balance of rye spice, oak and pecan richness. When it’s just right, we bottle a spirit that’s smooth enough to sip neat, bold enough for your favorite cocktail and always meant to be shared.
